Frequently asked questions
Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes. There are only monthly subscriptions, with no commitment and no small print: change plan or cancel from the portal, whenever you like.
How can I pay?
By card, on Stripe's secure payment page: we never see your payment details. If you sign up as a company, the Radar and additional domains can also be paid by bank direct debit (SEPA); in that case, the service starts once the bank confirms the first payment, which usually takes a few business days.
Is Guard only for businesses?
It is designed for companies that want to test their infrastructure every month (with written authorisation). Tell us about your case and we will tell you how.
Do the prices include VAT?
The prices you see are without VAT. We add 21 % at payment, and we also show the price with VAT in small print. The invoice breaks it down.
What does “we charge for the work, not the outcome” mean?
A report or a takedown depends on third parties (registrars, hosts). We put in the legwork, the evidence and the pressure through the right channels, and keep you informed at every step; what we cannot do is guarantee timelines.
Is there an annual plan?
No. We rely on external sources and prefer that you can say “that's enough” every month, just as we can.
Can I monitor an email address other than my account email?
Yes. With Basic we monitor one address: your account email by default, but you can choose another one (you confirm it from that mailbox and from then on it is the one we monitor; you can change it once a month). With Radar, up to 5 addresses, plus every address on your domain.
